Welcome! MySingapore Blog projects special slices in time and captivating moments depicting Singapore so as to share with those in the midst of discovering Singapore the very first glimpses of the country and enable them to get acquainted with the place in an exciting and fast-forward manner. If you are new to Singapore, this is just the right place to land and embark on your exploration. We have the pleasure of putting together this resource such that the images posted (many of which are spontaneous snapshots) are able to transmit to you the first understanding of the island. Each page is intended to build up and whirl within you a sense of expectation of the country and the awesome things you can see and do there. As our pages journey you to both old and new places in Singapore, go beyond what appears on the images (yes, each of them is more than just a picture, don't just look at it, but look into it...), so that your experience will be more than the seeing of sights, but a wonderful discovery of nuggets that offer new insights about the country and its people, making sense of its social nuances in the pop-cultural melee through the written captions, and an unravelling of precious little stories that are normally buried deep in zealous travel commercials. Do take time to wander around MySingapore Blog, so that at the end of the day, you'll remember more than you have seen. Here's wishing you many inspiring moments in uncovering Singapore! Have a spectacular voyage with us! O come on, let's hit the road now! ![]() A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step. The traveller sees what he sees. The tourist sees what he has come to see. Not all those who wander are lost. ![]()
