Enjoy Hot Singapore Tea in Plastic Bag
Steaming hot Singapore tea and coffee (known locally as "kopi" and "teh") packed and taken away in a string-held, transparent plastic bag. This is how the locals drink their freshly brewed hot coffee and tea purchased from the coffee shops - from a straw! How odd is that? Not at all if you are a local, but if you are a foreigner, this may look completely bizarre and backward. In fact, decades back, recycled metal condensed milk cans instead of plastic bags were used. Cool eh?!
One teh-o (tea without milk) to go please!
