Pricey Singapore Housing

A glimpse of Singapore Housing.

About 85% of the people in Singapore are housed in what some foreigners called crazy small cells. We call them Housing Development Board (HDB) flats. These public apartments might be tiny in space, but some can actually fetch as much as half a million dollars! The amenities in the vicinity are nevertheless a draw - shops, markets, library, community centres, schools, etc, you name it.

If you are new to the city, we recommend that you take a train down to one of the residential zone to experience the local day-to-day activities. Catch an authentic breath of local air!
