Parkway Parade is a great destination point for tourists who are seeking alternative shopping haunts and in to veer off to a more suburban shopping experience and a less touristy shopping spot to bag some good buys. Located in Marine Parade, it is one of the biggest and most chic heartland malls in the East District where the locals dine, do their grocery shopping, replenish their daily necessities, shop for clothes and shoes, watch and jewellery, books and stationeries, accessories and gifts, spruce up their hair, receive facial treatments, visit the clinics, and even send their children for tuition.
And just opposite the East Coast Park, the mall is a popular drop-off point for those wishing to visit the sunny beaches of Singapore.
